Insolvency, the National Debtors Register and financial statements — check a company's solvency by NIP in 3 minutes.
Proceedings from KRS section 6 (bankruptcy, liquidation, restructuring), notices from the National Debtors Register (KRZ) and the Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG), revenue, net result and equity from the latest financial statement and whether it was filed on time — in one report with a 0–100 score.
Five sources on financial health
Proceedings, notices and financial results gathered in one domain of the report.
What the report shows — three scenarios
No findings (0–20). An active VAT taxpayer, statements filed on time, no proceedings in KRS and no KRZ notices. Example: GPPL Sp. z o.o. report — 0/100 (in Polish).
To be clarified. Revenue down more than 40% year on year (+25) and a statement filed more than 90 days late (+20) — financial domain 45/100. The report recommends asking for the reasons and current financial data before granting trade credit.
High risk. Bankruptcy entered in KRS (+60) lifts the overall score to at least 75/100. On top of that, removal from the VAT White List (+25) and negative equity (+30).

How to read the results
KRZ notice. The National Debtors Register publishes, among other things, decisions in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. A notice that KRS does not yet reflect is flagged separately.
Late financial statement. A company has a statutory deadline to file its statement with KRS. If it filed more than 90 days late or not at all, the report gives the dates and adds 20 points.
Removal from the White List. A status other than "active" or "exempt" means the company is not an active VAT taxpayer. The report gives the date and legal basis of the removal.
