SystemAML or Verifykator — a system to run AML or a report on a company.

SystemAML is an application for running the whole AML process in an obliged entity: client records, declarations, risk assessment, transaction analysis, GIIF notifications. Verifykator does one thing: it checks a company in 18 sources and scores the risk. Many offices use both.

A process system vs a counterparty report

SystemAML, according to its own site, runs the AML process end to end: you add a client by NIP or through a form link, the system pulls data from CEIDG, KRS and CRBR, runs a risk assessment questionnaire (six levels, five types of geographic risk, PKD codes, client profile) approved by the AML officer, generates ready-to-sign PEP, source-of-wealth and beneficial-owner declarations, screens automatically against EU, UN, UK, US and MSWiA lists with a PDF report, detects suspicious transactions and those above statutory limits (also in crypto) and generates GIIF notifications in XML. It integrates with REGON, KRS, VIES, RPKIP and the KNF warning list; entity reports include KRZ data. Pricing: a Free plan with no time limit — 5 entities, 5 transactions and 5 sanctions checks a month, one user; Starter — PLN 200 a month or PLN 160 billed yearly, 200 entities; Standard — PLN 500 or 400, 1,000 entities, 5 users; Premium — PLN 1,666 or 1,333, 5,000 entities; Enterprise — individual. The KYC module is in paid plans. The AML procedure (PLN 990 net a year) and training (PLN 690 net for up to 3 people) are separate products.

Verifykator keeps no client records and no transactions. It is a report on one company by NIP: 18 sources, including KRS, CEIDG, REGON, VIES, the white list, CRBR set against KRS shareholders, sanctions lists (OpenSanctions with the MSWiA list, the EU list, OFAC SDN), KNF, e-Sprawozdania, MSiG and KRZ, UOKiK, BDO, press and domain age. Every finding has points and a source; the output is a 0–100 score in five domains, a proposed level of due-diligence measures (SDD/CDD/EDD) and a list of recommended actions. The PDF with its identifier arrives by e-mail usually within a minute — no account, PLN 39.36 incl. VAT.

Which one when

When SystemAML, when Verifykator.

The process and its input — different things.

1
Choose SystemAML when
You run the full AML process in one place: records, declarations, procedure
You have many clients and need transaction analysis and GIIF notifications
You want the AML officer to approve assessments in the system
2
Choose Verifykator when
You need a deeper company check than the registers: financials, MSiG, UOKiK, press, screening of every person
You check rarely and do not want a subscription
You want a ready score with reasoning to carry into your own risk assessment
3
Together
A Verifykator report as an attachment to the client record in SystemAML
The 0–100 score as input to the risk questionnaire
A dated PDF — proof that verification happened before the relationship began

They work together

The most common setup in an accounting office: SystemAML keeps the records, declarations and procedure, and a Verifykator report is attached to the new client's record. The report supplies what a process system does not collect on its own: financial statements from e-Sprawozdania, MSiG notices, UOKiK decisions, press, domain age, sanctions screening of every board member, proxy, shareholder and CRBR owner, and a 0–100 score with points. You carry the result into the client risk assessment questionnaire, and the PDF with its identifier stays in the file for the required 5 years. The decision on the level of due-diligence measures and the signature remain with you and your AML officer.

What you will not find in Verifykator

We keep no client records, generate no declarations or GIIF notifications, analyse no transactions, and sell no procedures or training. Monitoring and an API are planned. We do not check natural persons or foreign companies. The report is evidence of due diligence, not a compliance decision — that belongs to the obliged entity.
