A BIG report or an AML report — what each one shows.
A credit information bureau collects debts reported by creditors — the only source of information about unpaid invoices. It does not show who owns a company, whether it is on a sanctions list or whether it is operating at all. That is why the two reports complement each other.
- Sanctions: MSWiA, EU, OFAC
- KNF warnings
- Beneficial owners (CRBR)
- Financials and filings
- Bankruptcy, liquidation, KRZ
- VAT status and accounts
- Press coverage
- 0–100 risk score and PDF

Two reports, two questions
BIG InfoMonitor is a credit information bureau operating under the Polish act on sharing economic information. Its company report answers one question: does this company have unpaid obligations reported by creditors? According to big.pl, the basic version shows negative entries (for companies, obligations of at least PLN 500 overdue by at least 30 days), positive information about obligations paid on time, creditor details and inquiry data. The extended version adds BIK data on loan arrears, a flag from the ZBP Bank Register, REGON data, the SME Risk Indicator and external data such as KNF warnings, UOKiK decisions and the VAT white list. An extended company report costs PLN 30 net; a sample Basic Package is PLN 199 a month; a consumer can check a business for PLN 35.
Verifykator answers a different question: is this company what it claims to be, and can you work with it from an AML standpoint? The report by NIP checks 18 sources — KRS, CEIDG, REGON, VIES, the white list, CRBR, sanctions lists, KNF warnings, e-Sprawozdania, MSiG and KRZ, UOKiK, BDO, press and domain age — and issues a 0–100 score in five domains, with points and a source for every finding. The PDF with its identifier arrives by e-mail usually within a minute, with no account, for PLN 39.36 incl. VAT.

When BIG, when Verifykator.
Debts and identity are two different axes of risk.
They work together
Order matters. The Verifykator report tells you who you are dealing with: whether the company exists and operates, who runs it and who its beneficial owner is, whether any of those people appear on sanctions lists, whether the company has KRZ or MSiG notices, how its statements look. If the score is low and the contract involves deferred payment, a BIG report adds whether the company has unpaid invoices with other creditors and what its payment history is. The reverse order works too: a clean BIG report does not rule out a sanctioned person behind the company — that is what Verifykator checks.
What you will not find in Verifykator
We have no access to credit information bureau registers — debts reported to BIG, KRD or ERIF will not appear. Insolvency information comes from MSiG notices and the National Register of Debtors (KRZ): bankruptcy, restructuring, ineffective enforcement. We do not check natural persons or foreign companies. The report is evidence of due diligence, not a credit decision or legal advice.

Identity, sanctions and financials — in one report.
Registry data is free to check. Owners, sanctions, KRZ, financials and the score are in the full report — PLN 39.36, no account.
