Verifykator— Warsaw
§ Legal

Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Verifycator, an analytical business verification platform provided by GPPL Sp. z o.o.

Last updated · May 6, 2026

These Terms set out the rules for the electronic provision of services by Verifycator and the rights and obligations of the Provider and the User. By accessing or using the Verifycator website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Provider – GPPL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, seated in Warsaw, operating the Verifycator service.
  • Service – the website available at www.verifykator.pl.
  • User / Customer – any natural person, legal person, or organisational unit using the Service.
  • Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Report – the electronic counterparty-verification report (Basic Dossier or Full AMLA Dossier) generated from a NIP.

2. Provider Details and Contact

GPPL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Address / registered office: ul. Ostrobramska 101A/301, 04-041 Warsaw, Poland NIP: 1133084887 · KRS: 0001017113 Email: office@verifykator.pl Phone: +48 22 266 29 74 Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (excluding public holidays)

3. Scope of Services

Verifycator provides automated counterparty-verification services, aggregating publicly available data from official Polish registries (KRS, GUS REGON, Biała Lista, CRBR, e-Sprawozdania, etc.) plus sanctions and OSINT sources. Two tiers are available:

  • Basic Dossier – free (KRS, Biała Lista, REGON, EU VIES), delivered by email.
  • Full AMLA Dossier – paid, priced at 39.36 PLN gross (32.00 PLN net + 23% VAT), covering all 18 sources, scoring across five AMLA domains, PDF export, and a VAT invoice.

The service is an analytical decision-support tool. It does not constitute legal or financial advice, an audit, or a definitive validation of a company's solvency. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on a report.

4. Technical Requirements

Using the Service requires an internet-connected device, a current web browser, and an active email address. The User agrees to use the Service lawfully and not to supply unlawful content.

5. Conclusion of Contract

A contract for the service is concluded upon placing an order (entering a NIP, providing an email, and – for the paid service – completing payment). For the Full AMLA Dossier, before payment the User confirms acceptance of these Terms and gives the consents referred to in Section 9.

6. Prices and Payments

  • Prices shown in the Service are gross (VAT-inclusive) and expressed in Polish złoty (PLN).
  • Payments are processed via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.): instant bank transfer, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard.
  • The Provider does not store card data (PCI DSS handled by the operator).
  • The paid service is performed after the operator confirms payment.

7. Service Performance and Delivery

The service is provided electronically. The report is generated automatically and delivered to the supplied email together with a web-view link — median delivery is about 3 minutes. The PDF is retained for 5 years per Article 56 of AMLA Regulation (EU) 2024/1624.

8. VAT Invoices

A VAT invoice is issued for every paid service and emailed with the report. Invoice details (name, NIP, address) are provided in the order form. Invoices are issued by GPPL Sp. z o.o.

9. Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).

Digital-content exception: under Article 38(13) of that Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply where performance (generating and delivering the report) has begun with the Consumer's express prior consent before the withdrawal period ended and after being informed of the loss of that right. By ordering the Full AMLA Dossier, the Consumer:

  • consents to immediate commencement of the service (report generation),
  • acknowledges that, once performance begins, they lose the right of withdrawal.

Until report generation starts, the Consumer may withdraw by contacting office@verifykator.pl.

10. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to office@verifykator.pl, including the User's details, a description of the issue, and the report identifier. The Provider reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt and communicates the outcome electronically.

11. Refunds

  • If a paid report is not generated or is delivered incomplete due to the Provider, the User is entitled to a full refund within 24 hours or a free re-run of the report — at the User's choice.
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method via Przelewy24.
  • Given the digital nature and immediate performance (Section 9), a correctly generated and delivered report is not refundable.

12. Intellectual Property

The Verifycator name, logo, website design, and analytical logic are the exclusive property of GPPL Sp. z o.o. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive licence to use reports for internal business purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

Data is sourced from third-party public registries and provided "as-is" and "as-available". The Provider exercises due care but does not guarantee completeness or currency of source data and is not liable for inaccuracies in official registry data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — this limitation does not exclude or restrict a Consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

14. Data Protection

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The data controller is GPPL Sp. z o.o.

15. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend the Terms for valid reasons; orders placed before a change are governed by the prior version. Disputes involving businesses are subject to the court competent for the Provider's seat. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
