Rejestr.io or Verifykator — what each one is for.
Rejestr.io is Poland's most popular search engine for KRS data: links between people and companies, change history, financial statements — partly free, partly by subscription. Verifykator is not a search engine: it is a report on one company with an AML risk score. Here is when to use which.
- Sanctions: MSWiA, EU, OFAC
- KNF warnings
- Beneficial owners (CRBR)
- Financials and filings
- Bankruptcy, liquidation, KRZ
- VAT status and accounts
- Press coverage
- 0–100 risk score and PDF

Two different tools
Rejestr.io is a search engine. You type a company name or a surname and browse: registry data, management and representation, shareholders, the supervisory board, public aid and current links between organisations and people — according to its price list this part is free. The Premium plan (PLN 119 a month) adds historical links, historical organisation data, the beneficial owners register, VAT status, bankruptcies and restructurings, UOKiK decisions and financial statements in PDF. The Biznes plan (PLN 249 a month) adds spreadsheet export, employment data, financial ratios and KNF announcements. Both plans come with a 14-day trial and bill monthly to a card. There is also an API, paid with credit — PLN 0.05 gross per request.
Verifykator does something else. You enter one NIP and get a report on that one company: 18 sources checked automatically, every finding with points and its source, a 0–100 score in five domains and a proposed level of due-diligence measures. The report arrives as a PDF by e-mail, usually within a minute and at most three. No account, no subscription, no card — one report costs PLN 39.36 incl. VAT.

When Rejestr.io, when Verifykator.
The tools answer different questions — the choice depends on which one you are asking.
They work together
A typical scenario in an accounting office or a law firm: a new client gives you a NIP. In Rejestr.io you check who the board members are and which other companies they appear in — a question about the network of links, which a search engine answers best. Then you order a Verifykator report on that one company: sanctions screening of every board member, proxy, shareholder and CRBR beneficial owner, the CRBR filing compared with the KRS shareholders, financials from e-Sprawozdania, MSiG and KRZ notices, press — and a 0–100 score with a list of recommended actions. The PDF with its identifier and timestamp stays in the file as evidence of due diligence; the decision and the signature remain yours.
What you will not find in Verifykator
You cannot browse all companies of a given person — the report starts from a company's NIP. There is no history of board changes and no bulk export. We do not check foreign companies (only the validity of an EU VAT number in VIES) or natural persons. An API and monitoring with alerts are planned; we do not sell them yet. The scoring rules are in the methodology; what the KRS search shows is on its own page.
The competitor's terms come from its public pages and were checked in October 2026. Competitors' terms may change — check the current offer with the provider.
A report without a subscription — per check.
Registry data is free to check. Sanctions, owners, financials and the score are in the complete AMLA dossier — PLN 39.36, no account, no contract.
